Cholula's Flavorful Fire finds its roots in a well-guarded recipe that's over 100 years old. This recipe blends piquin peppers, red peppers and spices in a delicate process that produces
a perfect balance between flavour and heat.
Cholula comes from a small town on the banks of Lake Chapala
not far from Guadalajara, called Chapala.
The 'Molcajete' - a pestle and mortar made
out of volcanic rock plays a fundamental role
in Cholula's rich Mexican heritage.
Used for centuries by the Aztecs and early
Mexicans to grind a range of ingredients
together. Today though produced in larger
batches, Cholula is made in a very similar way.

From its distinctive carved wooden cap and the
artistry of the label to the flavourful sauce
inside, Cholula Hot Sauce pleases the
senses.
If you've not had the opportunity to experience
Cholula, then you are in for a real treat - an
epicurean awakening that will enhance the
enjoyment of nearly all your favourite foods.

Cholula amazingly enhances the flavour in a
broad range of favourite foods including
scrambled eggs, omelettes, soups, pizzas,
burgers, baked beans, dips, as well as meat
and chicken dishes and Bloody Mary
cocktails.
