The Mustard Lover's Mustards
In 1852 the Premium Mustard Mills were founded in Chicago and would later become Plochman Inc. In 1883 Mr Mortiz Plochman bought
the Premium Mustard Mills and the mustard was distributed on horse and wagon.
The company remained a family business through many generations and in 2002 celebrated their 150th anniversary.
The mustard now comes in four great varieties:
